Kelly Services Fleet Manager in Largo, Florida

Kelly Government Solutions is currently seeking a Fleet Manager to support one of our top government clients in Largo, FL on a 6-month contract assignment.

Duration: 6 months

Pay: 40.00 to 49.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and execute asset acquisition and all related reporting and titling activity.

  • Responsible for DOT compliance, working directly with fleet coordinators to ensure safe driving practice and document retention.

  • Develop and maintain metrics to improve fleet program cost effectiveness and safety performance.

  • Oversee insurance, registration renewals, maintenance approvals, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Analyzing and reporting data from various systems.

  • Meeting timelines and service level agreements. for multiple simultaneous responsibilities.

  • Providing written and verbal communication to a large workforce across multiple sites and time zones.

  • Following all required DOT and FMSCA regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Use of standard workplace technologies, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Adherence to all required safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
