Job Summary

  • Handles customer issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation to provide a great experience

  • Drives his or her own case-wellness and ensures that key stakeholders and customers are up-to-date on the resolution status of their issue, through effective written and verbal communication.

  • Focus on delivering great customer experiences leading with problem understanding, issue resolution and solid expectations management

  • Leverage all assets available to them in a timely manner to architect strong customer partner experience outcomes.

  • Focus more on delivering great experiences and resolving customer issues as opposed to pursuing goals/targets

  • Ability to navigate through multiple software systems while walking customers through a resolution.

  • Additional responsibility as business needs.


  • Strong Exchange/Outlook, Skype for Business and SharePoint product knowledge

  • Strong written, verbal, and organization skills.

  • Superior time management and prioritization skills.

  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS

  • Technical knowledge and experience in local and wide-area networking

  • Passion for technology

  • Administration experience in any or all of Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint and Skype for Business

  • Acquired industry acknowledged certifications like MCSE or Cisco certifications

  • 3 Years + Experience in UNIX or Windows Networking Administration or Technical Support.

  • MINIMUM Candidates with 4-5 years helpdesk or system admin experience with exposure to medium to large businesses

  • Knowledge of port for POP servers, DNS, Active Sync, IP address
