eSWP Hypercare Support

This role reports to the eSWP(Electronic Safe Work Permit) Operations Support role and is responsible for providing the hands-on support and training for eSWP across Texas Operations.

This role is focused on facilitating Operations needs and resolving obstacles to complete the implementation checklist for eSWP.

This role will sunset once implementation is completed across the site.

This role requires strong leadership skills; must be able to quickly establish rapport, set expectations and provide environment to ensure effective learning.

The individual selected for the role must be capable of effectively coaching, redirecting and escalating when progress is not being made or when the process is not being followed.

Use of Change Management principles is essential to help ensure Issuers and Leaders are fully engaged in implementation and resolution of issues.

The individual selected for the role must have strong computer skills in order to direct the resolution of issues between software, hardware, network, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities for Implementation

Monitors Site eSWP implementation schedule and takes action to ensure timely implementation. Interfaces with persons at all job levels Operations Leaders, Production Leaders, Permit Issuers and Permit Receivers to communicate expectations and changes to processes during implementation and hypercare.

Provides hands-on and coaching to the plant roles to efficiently manage the Implementation Checklist items to expeditiously prepare for Day 1.

Provides coaching to Plant Implementation Resource s to identify locations to install Kiosks, Monitors, Printers and Mobile Devices.

Works with Site EH S Tools SME to train Plant Technology Focal Point and Permit Issuers on eSWP software and ToughBook use.

Provides coaching may involve initial facilitation meeting to Plant Technology Focal Point to partner with Maintenance Planners to create archived templates for recurring and/or complex tasks.

Provides coaching to Plant Implementation Resource s to complete plant MOC to announce eSWP Implementation.

Provides at least 3 weeks of hypercare to Issuers and Receivers as part of Site Implementation team. Works with Site EH S Tools SME to install kiosk type computer system, including setup and configuration as needed

Makes observations at each of the plants/departments implementing eSWP to understand unique or systemic issues/opportunities.

Point of escalation during implementation for troubleshooting for software and hardware monitors, desktop, connections, printers, ToughBooks TXO eSWP Hypercare

Responsibilities for Ongoing Support This role will sunset after complete site implementation.

Number of plants/departments with 5 of permits issued are paper permits
