Kelly Services Transportation Coordinator - Fleet Dispatch in Keene, New Hampshire

Job Description

As a National Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing; planning & managing logistical support of our clients shipments as efficiently as possible. Facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of loads to C&S warehouses.

  • Create & tender shipments in our TMS system as well as manually.

  • Scheduling the inbound pickups that are tendered to the fleet and manage daily capacities

  • Prepare operational summaries, spreadsheets and system generated reports to both internal & external customers

  • Effectively communicate between internal & external customers via email & phone

  • Ability to think & provide solutions to issues as they arise and follow through to completion to ensure highest possible service levels

  • To communicate effectively & have strong working relationships both internally and with all external partners

  • Daily monitoring of Sales Force

  • Ability to adapt to change

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • College education preferred, High School Diploma at a minimum

  • 1 - 3 years- experience in transportation role is preferred. Minimum - comparable experience interacting with customers/vendors in a similar setting.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Must excel in fast paced environment with multi-tasking & strong organizational skills being a must

  • Work well with others and also be self-motivated

  • Strong, clear, concise communication both verbal and written. Attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
