Kelly Services Call Center Representatives Needed in Downtown Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri
Kelly Services is Hiring for Call Center Reps in Downtown Kansas City for DST Systems. This is a temporary position for open enrollment season.
$11.50 per hour and Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm!
Our Customer Service Representatives accurately respond to inbound investment telephone inquiries from the shareholders, broker/dealer groups, and the client companies about investment processing, reconciliation, statuses, and other general information; which often involves research and problem solving skills. These Representatives ensure the callers receive the best service through accurate and timely responses. They use online systems to service callers. Our Representatives follow established policies and procedures and are accountable for adherence to work schedules, availability standards, and quality expectations.
Skills needed are:
-A+ Customer Service
-Written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center- Financial Focus/Mutual Fund a plus--Collections, etc
-Position requires a self-starter that can train with multiple people
Overtime may be mandatory during peak seasons. Pay rate is 11.50 hour.
