Kelly Services Help Desk Tier 3 in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description:

*Must have SCCM

The candidate will be working on site. The candidate will be working in a manufacturing environment supporting Windows Desktops anything from XP - 10, some Active directory (add/remove end users, no gpo/ou), basic hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft office experience, and troubleshooting outlook issues. They would also need to be able to troubleshoot peripherals (computer is not connecting to printer, etc.) They will have a candidate who we placed on site working hand in hand with them to support the end users.

  • Network Troubleshooting

Also – Network troubleshooting (WAN/LAN/DNS/DHCP), any route/switch experience would be a plus.
