Schedule: Monday through Friday (8am – 5pm)

Job Description:

  • Provides clerical support to the examiner.

  • Responsible for all pending claims which includes but not limited to the handles of all return to work calls, medical requirements, indexing of all incoming pending claim mail, file review for needed follow-ups, special requirement letters, etc.

  • Also process the incoming OPT claims.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 years Claim experience as well as Customer Service.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Corporate Policies and Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in a production environment, meet challenges in completing work, demonstrates good team skills and work overtime as needed.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
