Kelly Services has partnered with a a leading global education and financial information company that is looking to fill Customer Support Representative positions in Irvine, CA.

Title: Customer Engagement Associate – Irvine, CA

Length: 6 months W2 Contract

Pay rate: $16 - $18/hour

Description:

Customer Support Representatives provide direct customer support and technical support to users of web based educational products for K-12 and Higher-Education mathematics, accounting, statistics, and chemistry. They will provide direct customer support via phone and email. The customers/ users include instructors, teachers, administrators, students, parents, and fellow employees.

Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Support Roles

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proven customer service/support experience

  • Ability to work with a team, work closely with mentor during training period

  • Ability to listen to customer

  • Provide friendly and confident service to customer

  • Ability to multi-task utilizing multiple online applications

  • Critical thinking skills in order to customize the resolution of customer issues

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to prioritize workload

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Professional customer relationship

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Written test required during interview process)

  • Strong communication

  • Ability to remain composed during difficult interactions with customers

  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement recommendations

Preferred

  • Math or Chemistry knowledge a plus

  • Technical support background a plus
