Kelly Services Receptionist in Ingersoll, Canada
Our client, a growing business in Ingersoll, Ontario, has an immediate full time opening for a Receptionist.
This is a permanent role in a very busy office. Excellent customer service, administrative and telephone skills are must haves. The ideal candidate has great computer skills, is organized and can multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
Answering high level call base
Manage day-to-day office tasks and provide overall administrative support
Prepare and distribute correspondence, records, reports, forms and other documentation
Maintain filing system
Ensure and maintain excellence in front-line coverage to greet and assist customers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task
Excellent keyboarding skills
Flexibility, resilience and resourcefulness
At least 1 year of job related experience mainly Reception or Administration
