Kelly Services Administrative Support Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana
Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a large credit union in the Indianapolis area.
Provide administrative and operational support for company including receptionist, mail room and copier center duties. Enter database changes into CRM system. Assist with preparation with organizational Board packets, Board planning session packets and annual Business Plan documents. Assist staff during annual renewal season and with other administrative support.
Receptionist Duties: As operator answer/direct all calls and coordinate with back-ups.
Mailroom: Responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail.
Copy Center: Act as liaison with Sharp Business Systems in maintaining the office copiers.
Database/CRM Maintenance: Enter all database changes into the organizations CRM.
Print Employee Benefit Guides, registration for renewal meetings, ordering marketing materials, assisting with preparations for renewal meetings and employee meetings, tracking election
forms, and other administrative support as needed.
Education: High School Diploma
Shift: 1st Shift M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18-$27/hr based on experience
