RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Under limited supervision works on all pre-employment activities for having a new employee on board. Coordinates medical exam with vendor and candidate, have results provided by the medical department. Coordinates background screening with vendor and candidate, validate results Coordinates with payroll, HR and Hiring manager the hiring date and provide payroll with all the documentation. Activate new employee on systems and perform all activities required to comply with the hiring and onboarding process. Constantly communicates with Hiring Manager, HR and Candidate May participate in cross-divisional HR teams. May communicate HR related programs to managers and employees. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Bachelor s Degree with 4+ years of Human Resources experience or Non-Degree with 6+ years of Human Resources experience Specialist skills knowledge: Familiar with all relevant SOPs including navigating BHOS and the HR Knowledge Base. Competent with a range of IT systems including Taleo, SAP, Vendor portals and the standard Microsoft Office software suite. Familiar with the BHI compensation structure and salary ranges Customer Focus Delivers hiring and on-boarding outcomes to the required levels for Candidate and Hiring Manager satisfaction Ability to deliver timely and effective communications to the full range of stakeholders and in particular to Candidates and Hiring Managers Able to resolve candidate issues including conflict management and requests for offer renegotiation in an efficient and effective manner, with appropriate empathy Organizational knowledge Uses business acumen to underpin resourcing and cost-management decisions. Understands and works effectively within a matrix structure Recognizes what is acceptable and not acceptable within the organization including decision authority and compliance requirements.
