Kelly Services Parts Specialist in Hanover, Maryland

Job Description

This position is responsible for identifying and researching requested parts through any means necessary to obtain the required component(s) and create necessary purchase orders to obtain them. Additionally, the Parts Specialist will be required to receive stock, pick, ship and return items as well as oversee the Service Center-s overall inventory. The Parts Specialist will also be responsible for processing all parts invoices and credits when received from the vendors.

Successful candidate will have at least one year of prior related experience and be able to lift up to 30lbs without assistance. Applicants should be proficient in basic computer programs, have excellent oral and written communication skills, superb organizational skills and experience with billing practices. Experience in the fire and emergency market as well as using CDK (formerly ADP) are a plus.


Experience with fire and emergency equipment market is a plus. Experience with heavy truck equipment is also a plus.
