Kelly Services Customer Service Representative (Logistic Administrative) Fully Bilingual in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

Job Description

Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks.

Has basic to intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software.

Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.


Fully Bilingual

Associate Degree completed

Customer Service

Heavy administrative work in fast paced environment.

Must be able to multitask.

Must have strong bilingual skills both written and verbal.

Prefer previous clerical experience or strong customer service back ground.

Manage Billing/Invoicing procedures.
