Kelly Services Account Manager (Sales) in Great Neck, New York

Job Description

Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers in niche industry

Streamline order taking process and knowledge of all products/services

Niche business, no cold calling, already have existing accounts for this person to hit the ground running

Maintain the company's existing relationships with clients so that they will continue using the company services

Manage the daily running of the account itself with the assistance of in-house customer service personnel

Manage the relationship with the client they are assigned. (Multiple Accounts)

The goal is to create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned accounts

Serves to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result

Should have a minimum 3- 5 years of experience

20% Outside Sales

80% Inside Sales

Must have STRONG Customer Service / Sales / Retention / Business and Vendor Management Experience

Proven experience growing and maintaining client portfolio

Ensuring delivery of products and complete customer satisfaction

Bachelor's Degree Desired
