Kelly Services Client Support Specialist in Great Falls, Virginia

Job Description

Our client mission is to provide our clients with managed learning services and preferred pricing on IT, Business, and other training classes and learning solutions. We save our clients time and money by acting as an extension of their L&D team to streamline the activities associated with external training.

The responsibilities listed below are the primary activities associated with this role. Additional projects and tasks may be assigned as business needs arise.

  • Deliver -5-Star- customer service - anticipate customer needs/questions and respond efficiently and courteously

  • Maintain and update client information in Salesforce CRM including customer data, meeting notes, enrollment information, and other activities

  • Generate tailored training options with pricing based on pre-defined guidelines

  • Process training registrations, changes, and payment

  • Serves as a liaison between customer personnel and training providers to answer questions provide accurate information/guidance.

  • Proactively identify potential customer satisfaction issues and escalate to leadership

  • Participate in recurring team meetings and planning sessions

  • May be asked to prepare recurring and ad hoc training activity reports

Requirements

High School diploma or GED

  • 1 - 3 years- experience in any of the following areas: learning & development; office administration/management; IT/Business consulting, sales or training

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines - must be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in high-volume, deadline driven environment, while maintaining a critical eye for detail.

  • Superior follow-up skills

  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to quickly research and assimilate information to respond to client questions or request for information

  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a virtual team environment

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor-s degree (or equivalent combination of experience and education) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Learning & Development, or other related field

  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) applications such as Salesforce or learning management systems (LMS)

  • Familiarity with professional and technical certifications

  • Familiarity with IT and business skills training industry

  • Familiarity with learning & development industry and principles
