Kelly Services Service Technician in Grand Rapids, Minnesota
Kelly Services has an opening with one of our customers in Grand Rapids, MN. The position is a six-month contract with the potential to be hired on permanently with the customer at the end.
Technicians will follow a robot through the store with a device similar to an x-box, they will monitor robot functionality and take notes.The tech will ensure the robot stays on course throughout the store, clean the scanning screen, ensure the inventory/shelves are scanned appropriately, replace and charge the battery. Provide regular updates performance updates to the Field operations team. If there is a major issue the tech will call the field ops team and they will provide guidance and or dispatch a seasoned tech to fix the robot.
This position works a split shift: 12 am - 4 am and then returning at 12:30 pm - 4 pm. 20-30 day notice will be provided if OT or weekend work is required. Overtime is not required on a regular basis.
This position requires a 5-day training session in Pittsburg (travel, hotel, and food will be provided during training).
