Job Description

  1. Lead generation and qualification for assigned AM's accounts

  2. Manage and maintain accuracy of CRM and VIP activity and data

  3. Prepare QBR meeting materials

  4. Execute on marketing campaigns and new contact processes

  5. Provide reports from CRM, Scala, and WayPoint in support of Sales Team and Account Manager objectives

  6. Assist in effective management of Account Manager schedule & sales call planning

  7. Lead/Assist in preparation for all meetings

  8. Ensure AM cell phones and iPads have all needed marketing materials

  9. Demonstrate passion, active listening, and empathy in all interactions to achieve the company-s objective to: Be our customer-s favorite story

  10. Identify and participate in continual process improvements.

  11. Achieve Quality Objectives


i) High School Diploma

ii) Two or four year degree in a related program (e.g. communication, marketing, business, technical) is preferred
