Kelly Services is actively seeking a Planner, Recalls & Campaigns for Nissan at their North American HQ in Franklin, TN.

Minimum Qualifications

- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

- Experience: 3-6 Years

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail along with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

  • Advanced level skill set in Excel (pivot tables, v look ups, index matching, IF statements, Conditional formatting, charts, graphs, and ability to work with big data) Access knowledge highly desired!

- Intermediate- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint. Will be responsible for putting together presentations for the department.

  • Ability to work both independently and across multiple departments to influence action and change without direct authority.

  • Excellent organization and planning skills; self-starting.

  • Basic knowledge of regional structure, dealer service operations, warranty policies, and parts of automobiles or willingness to learn.

Job Description

Supports recall and service campaign team, ensuring timely launch and tracking of all related activities including coordination with associate and affiliate distributors and internal NNA groups. Planner is also responsible for participating in meetings, organizing and completing Takata task force activities, and maintaining campaign status and related records as well as regional or dealer communications and question and answer documents. This position will be supervised by the Sr. Planner, Campaigns and Recalls and may receive daily direction from them.

Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis?

  1. Assists dealer and regional personnel with campaign and recall completions by providing solutions as appropriate.

  2. Creates and develops PowerPoint presentations on campaign related topics for distribution internally and externally. Audiences include, but are not limited to regional personnel, dealer advisory boards (DAB), government agencies, and Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) leadership.

  3. Assists with or creates initial draft of campaign communications including owner letter, NNA field staff/dealer announcements, dealer inventory lists, and Q&A documents for both Nissan and Infiniti brands.

  4. Assists recalls and campaigns team with completing campaign support tasks.

  5. Attend and participate in weekly campaign meetings. Supports special improvement projects and programs related to recall and service campaigns.

  6. Maintains records and archives for campaign documentation and reports.

  7. Benchmarks NNA campaign and recall communications and regional support activities with other automakers and recommends enhancements as needed.

  8. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

• W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)

• There is no “per diem” with this position

• There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
