Job Description

Administrative Clerk Part Time in Frankfort, IL

16 hours per week

Tuesday and Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm

Role is thru Dec.2018

Requirements:

Must be familiar and have experience using QuickBooks to enter billing and invoices and order information for customers orders. Will need to run reports from QB as needed. Must be able to cross reference orders to invoices.

Must have basic Excel experience to be able to input data into spread sheets.

Responsible to for various administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, coping, scanning,and other admin tasks required.

Able to take direction and implement immediately, yet also be able to have self initiative to get things done and able to work independently.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

Quickbooks- a must

Excel- basic skill- a must

Microsoft word

Office environment is small (2-3 employees)
