Quality Assurance Process Technician in Fort Worth, TX for 12 months

Job Description:

  • Under general supervision, QA Technician will have direct responsibility for QA inspection activities and documentation review/ approval/ release associated with product and processes in assigned area.

Responsibilities include daily tasks, such as:

  • Review of Mfg / QA Documentation

  • Product inspection results in order to contribute to the disposition of product

  • Visual, functional, and dimensional product testing

  • Documentation of all testing and audit results as defined by Standard Operating Procedures

  • Process parameter checks per MBR, as required

  • Manual control charting and calculations of the filling process, as required

  • Evaluation of products and the process by which they are manufactured

  • Collect finished product samples for QA testing labs, retention samples, etc.

  • Computer data entry input / output of inspection results

  • Performance of procedural and regulatory activities

  • Assure equipment is in current calibration prior to use

  • Assist Environmental monitoring personnel in collecting data or samples RODAC, swabs, pressure, differentials and addressing excursions.

  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

  • Uses testing equipment to check whether materials or products meet standards.

  • Additional qualifications may include the ability to identify defects and flaws.
