Job Description

Kelly Services is now accepting applications to fill the role of temporary Employee Relations Manager working with a leading Electrical Supplier in Fargo, ND. Duration of this position is dependent on company need. This is a full-time, immediate job opportunity.

Pay and Hours:

  • Monday through Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm

  • $20+/hour DOE

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Confident understanding of employment law

  • Ability to work with managers and employees across multiple business lines

  • Experience conducting investigations and disciplinary actions of employee relations issues

  • Bachelor-s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specifically employee relations and management

  • Employment law experience strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email

  • SAP experience preferred
