Kelly Services HR Generalist in Fairfield, New Jersey
Perform and manage Human Resources initiatives and functions in order to support employees, customers and overall business needs. Seeking someone with roughly 5 years of experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full cycle recruiting to include: participating in job fairs, writing/running ads, sourcing, and interviewing.
Manage the new hire, on-boarding process.
General HR Duties: such as, Performance Management, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Employment Compliance, Compensation, Benefits Administration and Payroll support.
Other duties as assigned
4 Year degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Recruiting for all level of positions is preferred.
The ability to manage and/or maintain HR Information technology and reporting is essential.
Experience managing and processing confidential information is required.
Additional competencies include excellent computer knowledge, attention to detail, stellar communication and organizational skills.
A minimum of 5 years combined HR Generalist experience is preferred.
