Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

Pay: $27000-$35000

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Direct Hire!!!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN INSURANCE!!!

Duties:

Servicing an assigned book of business by proactively contacting clients, up-selling and cross selling existing clients as well as writing new clients.

Accurately maintaining information in the agency management system and providing a high level of customer service in a proactive, responsive and supportive manner with the ability to keep all customer information confidential.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent business experience as well as holding or willing to obtain a current Property/Casualty insurance agent license.

Required:

A positive and respectful attitude as well as a strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

Computer skills and oral and written communication also required.
