Job Description

Kelly Services is hiring for an HR Administrator for a local client in Eugene, OR .This is a one year contract supporting the HR Manager in all HR processes. Employees can expect to work closely with the HR manager to understand the immediate needs as well as planning for upcoming projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Heavy Excel use for documentation

Support in Compensation Planning process

Support with site employee groups and activities planning

Support with immediate reporting from various HR tools

Support in annual internal job fair coordination

Support with reporting for employee managment

Support with internal HR projects

Various other HR task support as directed

Requirements

Requirements:

Prior HR experience is a plus but not necessary, administrative positions with higher levels of responsibility will be considered

Strong ability with Microsoft Excel

Strong general computer use, navigating multiple tools and intuitive understanding of programs

Proven organizational skills

Ability to navigate a diverse environment, meeting needs of multiple individuals in HR scope
