Kelly Services is currently hiring Sales Support Analysts in Eagan, MN.

Pay Rate: $22 per hour
The incumbent must be detail oriented and have the ability to enter and evaluate data with a high level of accuracy and precision. The incumbent should exhibit the ability to focus on responsibilities and perform tasks within tight deadlines. This role involves assisting the Sales Team with code groups, managing several work items and keeping track of progress.
Managing the overall internal and external administration of existing accounts, expansion, new groups and renewals from an operational perspective.
Maintaining and growing existing account relationships and potentially secures new and expansion business.
Serving as an internal and external advocate for the accounts they support and drive administrative and operational enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining account and third party vendor relationships on complex accounts by successfully utilizing high-level project management skills.
Maintaining responsibility for new group implementation for all market segments and may attend or take part in client facing meetings.
Coordinates and manages the completion, documentation and data capture of all account requirements for expansion and renewing business to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines and performance guarantees.
Coordinates the design, production and delivery of member identification cards and communication materials in adherence to Account and organization specifications and executes enhancements necessary to ensure the successful transition and ongoing support of electronic enrollment processing.
Participates in the implementation and renewal planning process by providing benefit recommendations, understanding account expectations and turning them into optimal business solutions.
Manages accounts including but not exclusively, fully-insured, self-insured and service co-ops line of business.
Initiates System Requests, monitor, and communicates the status of the claims recovery process on behalf of the account and the account team.
Implementations of New Groups utilizing project management tools to ensure accurate and timely set-up of the account.
Manages multiple complex accounts for all books of business.
Collaborates with various business units in strategic planning and enhancement recommendations for the overall operational processes and tools.
5 years related work experience, or 9 years of related work experience, including 2 years of experience as an Associate Sales Support Analyst in lieu of a degree.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate to external clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and support many responsibilities. Strong decision making skills.
Proven ability to be self-directed and work independently.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
Proven ability to work in a team environment, assisting co-workers and achieving team goals
Preferred Requirements: Technical understanding of benefit coding rules and tool platform rules and logic competencies
