Summary Description

We are seeking a Paraplanner to join our fast-paced team. If you are interested in the financial planning and investment management business and want to grow professionally by working alongside industry veterans, this might be a good fit for you.

The primary purpose of the Paraplanner is to support all members of the client service team. Some of the main duties include assisting our Advisors in getting ready for client meetings by preparing meeting materials, assembling financial reports, situation modeling in financial planning software, ensuring actions are completed in our CRM system, and conducting client specific research. Essential Responsibilities

  • Assemble the deliverables for client review meetings, including items such as: agendas, portfolio performance reports, investment detail reports, input financial planning scenarios

  • Assist with executing trades in client accounts, and managing and monitoring allocations using portfolio rebalancing software

  • Track and report task status, transfer processing and account updates

  • Provide year-end and tax season support, such as: delivering 1099s, cost basis research, management fee reporting, contribution research, RMD monitoring

  • Deliver high quality client service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner

  • Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and verbally with clients, prospects, and others in the organization

  • Ability to acquire and service clients based on experience and readiness


Education, Experience, and Licensures

  • Undergraduate degree with experience in Financial Services preferred

  • FINRA and insurance licenses required, Series 7 and 63/65 preferred
