Revenue cycle - Accounts Receivable

We are actively looking to hire two Revenue cycle specialists with one of our large clients in the North Dallas area. This is an exciting opportunity with a large company that can lead into a permanent role. The position will be a 3 month contract with an option to go permanent after 90 days, starting compensation is $17.00/hourly, please send your updated resumes to ryan.whitman@kellyfinance.com for consideration.

The Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for all Accounts Receivable actions. Responsibilities include everything from gathering funds, keeping Open Invoice aligned, making sure that other accounts are coming in, working with managers to make their collection calls, and sending weekly P&L reports out.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel

  • Minimum 6 months experience working with Accounts Receivable and invoicing

  • Recent experience using Epic is a plus

  • Effective problem solving skills

  • Great attention to detail, communication skills, and well organized record keeping
