Administrative Assistant

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Cupertino, CA.

The assignment starts in June 2018 and pays $19.00 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Assist with conference room bookings, catering, meeting set-up (knowledge of WebEx/vc set up helpful)

  • Assist with organizing storage areas and stocking supplies in copy rooms

  • Submit orders via e-approval for equipment as needed

  • Various other projects for the summer - New hire kit assembly, conference room checks to assure everything is in working order, moving items from main supply room into different locations in the building and purging old items including older equipment to be recycled via corporate recycle program.

Qualifications:

  • Person should be able to lift boxes (20 lbs. max)

  • Working knowledge of iCal, e-approval a plus.

  • Prior work experience with scheduling, meeting coordination and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Term of Assignment

  • This is a 3- 6 month contract with possibility of extension

  • Pay rate is $19 per hour

  • Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
