We're looking for Production Workers in the Modification Dept for Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing in Columbus, IN.   • Pay Rate: $13.65 ($.50 shift differential) .30 increase at 6 months and 12 months

  • Work Shifts : 1st shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)

  • Assignment: Temp to Hire - Pay rate increases to $16.00 when hired on permanent

  • Minimum 3 - 6 months experience in a manufacturing/production environment (within 2 years)

  • Ability to lift up to 44 lbs. repetitively

  • Ability to stand/walk for 8-12 hours per day

  • Ability to repetitively grab, grasp, push and pull

  • Must be able to work both shifts

  • Available to work overtime as needed

  • Regular attendance is MANDATORY
