Kelly Services is working with Beyond Meat, a cutting edge producer of plant based meat substitute products and we are looking for a Training and Development Coordinator

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join our growing team. In this position, you will oversee, design, develop, coordinate, and run the training program. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training and employee growth as well as report training needs and results.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Business acumen

-Relationship management

-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based training tools

-Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

-Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work

-Bachelor-s degree in training, Human Resources, education, or related field

-Significant work experience as a trainer, coach, or training facilitator, preferably in the manufacturing environment

-Familiar with both traditional and modern job training methods, trends and techniques

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, moving trucks and equipment, and scents created by typical food creation (spices and seasonings). The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Warehouse with limited climate control. 24/7 operation. This position may on occasion be required to travel. The employee will be required to observe the safety standards of the location. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described above are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee spends time sitting and using a computer, standing to perform training, walking the facility to train and evaluate compliance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and secure working environment. The employee uses computer, telephone, and office equipment. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements of this job include near, distance, and depth perception. Continuous mental and visual attention is required.
