Kelly Services in partnership with our customer in Chippewa Falls is seeking candidates for a Business Unit Coordinator position. This is a temporary position to cover a leave of absence, expected to last 3-4 months.

This is a mid to high level administrative position, job duties will include:

  • Process hard copy purchase orders

  • Coordinate procurement, PPAP for standard parts in manufacturing.

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks for BUC department.

  • Collaborate with various internal departments as needed.

  • Assist customers/vendors with questions and concerns as needed.

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal).

  • Proven Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel.

  • Accuracy in work

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal direction.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Hours may be flexible once initial training is complete.

Pay: $13.50-14.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education in a business administrative or related field would be helpful in the position.
