As a Direct Hire Recruiter you will be responsible for:
Source and recruit qualified engineering talent including, but not limited to: Design, Mid-Sr level managers and above, Sales/Applications, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunications
Manage and prioritize a high volume of direct hire requisitions (approximately 15)
Create, grow and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline to ensure speed to market
Quickly move potential talent through the direct hire, opportunity funnel
Meeting aggressive financial and activity-based measures
Minimum of2 years experience in direct hire recruiting/sourcing of engineers; staffing agency experience preferred
Experience in recruiting processes (can show proven success with regard to the direct hire recruiting process: sourcing, qualification and placement process)
National recruiting experience
Remote/field based work experience
Driven to succeed – solutions oriented

Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
Highly networked and a connector of the best opportunities to the best talent
Defined experience deploying a social media strategy, reverse recruiting, competitor mapping, etc.
