Job Description

HR Generalist needed in Downtown Chicago for a expanding client on a direct hire basis. This Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting, on-boarding, and administrative tasks. Applicants should apply directly or email resume to kiml519@kellyservices.com. Pay: $55-80K based on experience/qualifications

Shift: 9-5PM with overtime as needed

Additional qualifications and responsibilities:

Funnel recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews for team.

Assist with on-boarding, orientation and training paperwork.

Work through any FMLA, HIPPA and benefits issues.

Support staff with any administrative tasks.

Work along side Human Resources Director to stay compliant with all regulations.

Handle employee relations issues

MUST have previous experience in an HR Generalist or Human Resource role.

Minimum of 2 years experience.

Experience with FMLA, benefits and HIPPA a plus

Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office

Able to work in a fast paced environment with exceptional time management skills.
