Administrative Assistant Sales Support

Address: 525 W Monroe St, Chicago, IL
Schedule: M-F 8am - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $13.40 (paid weekly)
Provides administrative support to a multi-disciplinary Midwest sales team, including leadership and front-line sales professionals who are responsible for procuring new business or retaining existing clients
Manages expense submission and approval.
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings.
Edits benefit summaries, enrollment material and supplies, and other communications for the clients and/or distribution partners
Participate in customer strategy meetings as needed
Update databases based on information obtained in strategy discussions
Create presentation slide decks
Build formal proposal binders
Prepare and send presentation binders, enrollment material orders, employer collaterals, and monthly reports
Maintain data integrity with accurate data entry into Salesforce.com and other databases (including but not limited to Book of Business and contact databases.
Meet established deadlines and maintain appropriate sense of urgency
Support the execution of special events, i.e. Town Hall meetings or client events
General office administrative duties including maintaining inventory of marketing material
Advanced sales support and administrative experience—minimum of 2-5 years of experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Must have medium to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage, prioritize, and work on numerous projects at one time
Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure while anticipating the needs of the sales team, customer and/or business partner and understanding the consequences of actions
Must be able to work well with teams
