Kelly Services Administrative Assistant in Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a food manufacturing company in Swedesboro, NJ.
This is a direct hire opportunity!
The ideal candidate will have 3+ yrs. experience as an Administrative Assistant or HR Assistant, in a fast pace production or manufacturing environment Along with strong MS Office skills and some experience with QuickBooks is preferred but NOT required.
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Mon. - Fri.)
Duration: Direct Hire
Administrative Assistant Duties:
Work directly with head of Human Resources
Data input onto Excel spreadsheets; creating spreadsheets
Answering phones and some filing
Provide administrative support to head of Human Resources
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
Must have 3+yrs. as an Administrative or HR Assistant
Must have experience working in a fast pace environment
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong MS Office skills
Some experience with QuickBooks is preferred but NOT required.
