Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for our office.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Answer the phones.

  • Greet candidates when they come to the office.

  • Prescreen candidates.

  • Send online applications through the system.

  • Help processing I-9.

  • Other clerical and administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment with intermediate computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Outlook. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position.

Pay rate: $13-$14/hr. Depending on experience.
