Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking qualified candidates for Customer Service Representative position. This is a long term assignment for an established insurance company call center in Charleston, SC.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2 years recent Customer service experience

Call Center experience is a plus

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, high energy environment

Proficient computer skills

Medical Insurance knowledge is a plus with some medical billing experience.

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Highlights

7-week paid Training period will be from 8:00 am-4:30 pm

After the training period, regular shifts will be assigned. Open availability between 8:00 am-6:00 pm is required

$13.00/hour
