Quality Systems Training Associate

Kelly Scientific is seeking an experienced Training Professional to work in an exciting and growing biopharmaceutical environment. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing training support to functional departments by coordinating with departments to ensure training needs are met, serving as training reviewer on documents within EDMS to ensure they are assigned to the correct departments and individuals, conducting new employee training, and coordinating site-specific training events. This individual will create and modify users, training items, curricula, group trainings and assignments within LMS. Additionally, the individual will maintain training databases for the purpose of accurately tracking and reporting (metrics) the status of personnel training.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Enter and maintain training data

  • Create and modify users, training items, curricula, and assignments, working within ComplianceWire

  • Create and upload group trainings

  • Review documents within EDMS to ensure the correct training assignment

  • Conduct new employee training

  • Create reports/metrics

  • Assist end users

  • Support internal and client audits and regulatory inspections

  • Provide support in other quality system related activities including quality exceptions and change control

Education and Qualifications:

  • Previous training and quality experience required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Previous biologics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills; written and oral

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.
