Kelly Services Data and Analytics Lead in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Data and Analytics Lead in Cambridge, MA to work a contract assignment of 6 months for one of our top clients. Primary Responsibilities of the Data and Analytics Lead includes:
Assembling data sets into EXCEL spread sheets generated from QC assay systems and preparing them for statistical analyses; however this position would not be responsible for any data summaries or analytics.
The data sets consist of analytical control values captured over time along with concomitant assay reagent lot numbers, equipment model and unit ID numbers, analyst information, laboratory site information, and technical comments. Sources of data sets will include LABWARE LIMS data queries and QC laboratory log books.
Working in a fairly independent manner, however understands when to escalate questions, concerns and gain insight as well as provide value in work without working outside of scope
Interacting with area management, scientists to gain information, in a collaborative, respectful manner utilizing cGMP understanding and experience.
o Data query experience with validated QC laboratory data systems such as LABWARE LIMS, this includes interactions and experience with data up to the level of data query construction
o Experience working in a cGMP or some similar type of regulatory environment, cGLP etc..
o Has had some experience with oversight of QC laboratory data in respect to analytical test methods/assays (however, it is not required to have had experience running test assays- although holistic overview is preferred)
o Experience in preparing data sets to the quality level required for statistical analyses and cGMP decision making
o Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data reporting
o Good communication and people skills are needed, along with mature emotional intelligence, as interaction with Subject matter experts (SME’s) across laboratories
o Good organization and multi tasking skills, with proven level of organization when completing redundant work. This includes data mining and input for approximately 90 assay systems
Contract assignment, duration 6 months.
Work schedule: full-time, first shift.
