Kelly Services Communications Specialist in Calgary, Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver integration communications strategy across the organization

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop communication strategies for projects

  • Design communication plans to provide faster adoption and higher acceptance of specific project changes that impact employees.

  • Make recommendations on change management requirements for training, to project managers

  • Liaise with departments and staff across the organization to get an understanding of their abilities to adapt to new changes

  • Work with leadership to communicate the status of change management

  • Measure and analyze on the effectiveness of communications and change progress

  • Communicate and represent corporate values

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in communications/public relations or related field

  • Completed a relevant diploma, degree or certificate in communications or related field

  • Excellent communication skills
