Kelly Services has partnered with a Fortune 500 company that is looking to fill a temporary/contract Sr HRIS Analyst position in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY. The position is paying $45/HR and is set to last through 12/2018 from the contract start date. There is a potential to convert to FT.
Sr HRIS Analyst ’s main responsibilities are:
Works closely with the HRIS team to ensure successful development of the second phase of new implemented HRIS system.
Data Conversion/ Integration
Responsible for supporting and leading data extraction, mapping and conversion tasks
Responsible for converting legacy HR data PeopleSoft etc. - any HRIS into the any major HRIS system format Workday, Success Factors or Ceridian Dayforce
Ability to write scripts to automate data conversion or experience with any data blending tool e.g. MS Access - - Perform data conversion and data validation activities.
Partner with HRIS team member/s and leading data conversion and migration activities.
Gather/document business requirements.
Partner with HRIT in the design and delivery of integrations in related to the HR System
Configure changes in the HRIS based on business requirements.
Perform data conversion and data validation activities.
Perform testing activities; document test scenarios, create test scripts.
Resolve issues and defects.
Manage implementation phase of project from an HRIS perspective.
HRIS Systems Maintenance and Controls
Experience in performing mass data loads in any HRIS system Success Factors, Workday or Ceridian Dayforce
Develop and document internal HRIS SOPs Support internal/external integrations with current HRIS system, including design, testing and troubleshooting.
Conduct audits to ensure data integrity
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3-5 years’ work experience
5+ years’ experience in HRIS or related disciplines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with Macros or a data blending tool e.g. MS Access is highly preferred
Experience with either Ceridian Dayforce is highly preferred but not required
Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and upgrades
Experience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components required for Data Migration/Conversion/Integration Experience with legacy data extraction any HR system
