Job Details:

-Clerical Support II

Full time M-F

Pay rate $9.90/hour

Provides World Class Customer Service and demonstrates adherence to the customer Standards of Behavior which are Caring, Committed to Excellence, Competent, Effective Communicator, Positive Attitude, Professional Appearance, Respectful, Responsible, Supportive Team Member, Trustworthy.

-Demonstrates adherence to Information Confidentiality Statement and Security Agreement.

-Performs word processing and data entry in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

-Establishes and maintains tracking systems and accurate client/employee records.

-Identifies and meets client and employee needs as appropriate.

-Proficient in basic office practices to include appropriate telephone etiquette, office machines and equipment of other support functions.

-Maintains supplies and forms as necessary.

-Prepares and submits timely written documentation as required by policy.

-Participates in inservice education, quality assessment activities, and other staff meetings as required.

-Prepares monthly reports as needed.

-Orders DME for patients as requested.
