Kelly Services Capping Operator in Bloomington, Indiana

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Capping Operator for one of our top manufacturing clients in Bloomington, IN. As a Capping Operator with Kelly Services, you would support aseptic filling operations, initiate minor revisions to existing documents, and troubleshoot simple processes/equipment failures. Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate automated terminal sterilizers

  • Set up and operate capping equipment

  • Perform product weight verification

  • Perform routine cleanup, line clearances, and sanitizations

  • Perform routine verification of equipment and instruments

  • Assist in training and development of other team members

Job Requirements:

  • 6 months previous manufacturing experience.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 2 years of experience operating and troubleshooting complex production equipment preferred

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include: JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise, etc.)

  • Theare are a minimum training requirements for each operator level.
