Service Coordinator for Great Customer in Baytown, TX

Great customer service person handling service calls with the ability to help diagnose certain mechanical issues over the phone or set up a maintenance appointment to repair issues. Must be able to know when to dispatch mechanics to job site. Must have mechanical repair experience on forklifts. Ability to write up repair invoices to create an invoice. Must have experience and knowledge with forklift parts. Needs to be computer literate and be customer service driven
