Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support in a professional environment

  • Provide world class customer service for internal and external customres

  • Demonstrate strong computer skills

  • Build relationships with current and potential clients


  • Securities background preferred

  • Strong computer skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Professional and outgoing personality

  • Ability to work at seminars 4-8 times per year, which would take place in the evening

  • Ability to work full time hours while maintaining a positive attendance record
