Kelly Services AD30 - Administrative Assistant IV in Bannockburn, Illinois

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant IV for our client, one of the world’s leading Pharmaceutical Company at its location in Bannockburn, Illinois.

This assignment is paying $27 per hour and is an immediate start beginning May 2018 and ending December 2018.

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant supports multiple directors/senior director and their large teams.

  • Key responsibilities will include: Managing MS Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, creation of agendas, meeting minute’s generation, and internal and external event scheduling production activities by preparing required production-related documents.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Completing contract and legal support activities, loading contracts into Axxerion, uploading approval forms to SharePoint site

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

  • Completing expense reports in Concur

  • Managing general office needs (supplies, shipping, etc.)

  • Processing of requisitions for payment (grants, national meeting fees

  • Use intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High school diploma/Equivalent required, 2-4yr degree preferred

  • Intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to organize work priorities

  • Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and across departments.

Term of Assignment

  • 5/2018-12/2019

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
