Kelly Services Machine Operator in Aurora, Ohio

Job Description

  1. Produce wire per design. Record production and material transactions. Label, inspect/test product.

  2. Record operating data on Product Check Sheets

  3. Organize daily activity for best possible time management:

a. Prioritize day so machines are running as much as possible.

b. Float to operations/machines within the cell which need to be performed.

  1. Perform required preventative maintenance, tooling and equipment inspection/organization, and daily work space cleaning.

  2. Safe lifting of reels.

  3. Accurate material movement and production transactions.

  4. Correct manufacture/winding of product to design. Appropriate productivity; running speed of machines, fair complement of concurrent running machines, team work with other operators, and overall time management.

  5. Properly mixing sub-components

  6. Accurate data collection and recording

  7. Proper product inspection, testing, and labeling.

  8. Maintain a safe and clean work space and follow established safety rules and regulations
