We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for an AP Processor in Arden Hills, MN. Daily activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices daily

  • Prioritization of daily work

  • Assisting with other invoice entry tasks

  • Ensuring all invoice issues are sent for resolution in a timely manner (e.g. incorrect cost center numbers, address book issues, balance forward invoices, missing purchase order numbers, etc.)

  • The candidates should be able to complete at least 150 to 200 transactions every day for our expense payable accounting team

  • Urgent or escalated matters are referred to the Supervisor or Department Manager on a timely basis.

Qualifications include:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in accounting or financial

  • Strong 10-key skills

  • Ability to process a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable and accounting systems, including terminology
