Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for a person that is caring and sensitive in a patient setting of a clinic setting. This person must be soft spoken, but can get a task down in a timely manner. This position is at a Center that provides medical attention to children with different forms of special needs. Everyone in the facility takes shoes off at the door to promote a clean environment for children that will be playing on the floor.

In this role some duties will include (but not be limited to)

Contacting patients and discussing appointments, collecting payments, updating information, insurance information and more.

Doing office tasks such as - turning music on and off, vacuuming, picking up waiting room,

Work with insurance companies to get benefit info, submit claims, resolve issues

Hours are Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch

Patients are children! So the perfect candidate will be someone who has been around children and has patience, and understands that each child responds to different situations differently. You must also be able to talk to parents in a caring/understanding way.
