Kelly Services is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for one of our top clients.

As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take career to the next level.

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour

Hours: Mon – Fri flexible for an eight hour shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Inbound Call Center in a Healthcare environment

  • Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions

  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner

  • Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues

  • Provides external and internal customers with requested information

  • Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature

  • Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting

    Job Requirements:

  • Requires a High School diploma or GED

  • Call Center and Healthcare experience helpful, but not required

  • Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database

  • Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis,

  • Data Entry

  • 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment

  • Outlook, Telephone and Written communication skills
